Barb and Teri were married at Woldumar Nature Center in Lansing surrounded by their beautiful children, friends, family and stunning scenery. It was an incredible day that I was honored to witness.
I think if I sometime renew my vows with my husband of seventeen years, I would like it to be like Heather and Luis’s wedding. The ceremony and reception were held at Cherry Barc Farm in Vermontville. The property is rustic and gorgeous. There were even some chickens running around! The two were wed under a beautiful old tree, surrounded by a small group of people who love them dearly. Heather wore the veil worn by her grandmother and mother. The wedding was catered by El Oasis. Now, if you are from the Lansing area, you know they make the best Mexican food around. Heather and Luis’s story started some ten years ago. Here is to a life of happiness!
I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica and Lance for an engagement session before shooting their wedding. They are an fun-loving, sweet and very down to Earth. The two were married in Jackson, Michigan and had their reception at Sandhill Crane Vineyards in Jackson, Michigan. No dancing. Just incredible wine, tapas and laughter.
Halie and Kim are not only drop-dead gorgeous, they are incredible people. Preparations began at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing. The two were married at Edgewood Church of Christ in East Lansing. We then headed to the Michigan 4-H Children’s Garden at Michigan State University for portraits, one of my favorite places on Earth. The reception was held at Old Town Marquee. It was an incredible day to witness. The love between Halie and Kim is palpable. Infectious. Beautiful.
It has been a while since I have blogged! So many weddings and so little time. I am going to try to catch up over the next few weeks.
Every wedding reinforces my love for shooting weddings. I hope you enjoy looking at these images as much as I love capturing them.
